Ok so I went to Boyscouts today.

I never was so busy. tonight was just full of stuff todo!

ANYWHO!

I taught some guys how to properly store food e.g Eggs and meat and bread and things of that nature. and they just wouldn't pay attention! I was close to killing them I am serious!

Anyway after Oh! I mean before that we like did this weird program where we would lash logs together in a triangle and then a guy would ride on it to a curtain distance.

I asked Will if Me and Bonnie were in a sprint race who would win. He said Bonnie would not have a chance.

sorry Bonnie you can kill Will later. and then we kinda stared at each other for a little and then we played Dodge ball. Me and Will and Levi were on a team and when it was about to be over I betrayed and went to the other team and hit them both with a dodge ball it was so cool!

And then I attempted to Inspire Will for his next Chapter.

But anyway We spent the day Talking about yall and making fun of yall and stuff. it was fun! Will agrees Flint looks like Levi's bro it is so weird!

PS: it is so weird how the things that happen in my life are kinda the stuff I put in my Duren Story. All the little things I imply in the stories. Like the Ninja fight in the second Chapter was a conversation me and Rob had. so I just added it to the story because it was so funny!

The Scepter of Time and the cavern of Death!

The Sand was So intense in there faces! The Sand ripped small cuts on the flying travelers. The other group’s point of view was blinded. They no longer saw the Dragons nor the riders. But as they almost lost all hope they felt a burst of wind and a shock wave of energy. Cless, Levi, Will and Render with the help of the Dragons used the power of Wind by the Influence of magic to Burst the sand away! It flew by everyone getting sand in their eyes. Thud! The Dragons landed. They were exhausted from flying so fast and using Magic that it made them all pass out. It was Dangerous to play around with the elements.

About a night and a half is what took them to regain their strength. Everyone got healed yet everyone was still weary and hungry. It would take all the energy the Dragon rider’s had to make the barrier move yet they were so tired. It took a while. To pass the time of concentrating on the Barrier Cless tried catching a fly with two chopsticks and successfully had a large pile of dead Flies. Flint and Charity played Cards, and Bonnie had Riddle games with Luna. They were both skilled in the area of riddles and logic. If only they had not heard of the ones they already heard of. For they would answer them pretty quick because they already knew the answer. Even before the questioner finished the riddle.

“There are 20 people in an empty, square room. Each person has full sight of the entire room and everyone in it. If you are not allowed to move in any way (other than your eyes). Where can you place an apple so that all but one person can see it?”

Asked Luna. Bonnie was surprised at this one. She thought of it all day. She thought she had the answer when there was a loud sound Kind of like a large stone moving. It was a stone moving. “We got it opened!” said Render. And so it was there was no light in the Cave and nothing stirred. “I am so tired of Dark underground places” said Charity. “But we have to go.” and off they went. The entrance was too small for the major Dragons. So they stayed outside and guarded the opening into the ground. The barrier looked just like the side of the mountain but now that it was moved you could see where it was. The minor Dragons were frightened and synced danger so they jumped into their individual Pocket-Dens and mind spoke with their keepers and the other Dragons.

They were in the dark cavern. All the magic users had Globes of light in their hands illuminating their surroundings. There were Elvish letters written on the walls. It was just history and the names of the former Elvish Kings and Queens. There were also pictures. One Picture was of Hundreds of Elves fighting a Dark giant face in the sky with a grin of terror shooting red rays of light toward them and one elf held a shining scepter that was gold and from it arose a dark portal and there were people walking through it to another world.

STOP! Said Cless. And they did with a fright. There were little holes in the ground and as Cless pointed his light downward there was a Skeleton with a spike through it that came from one of the holes in the ground. “This hallway was designed to either keep intruders out or keep something else in.” said Cless. The pirates except Will didn’t know what he meant by saying “To keep something else in.” they were confused. The Magic users could not use Magic to turn the Trigger off but could only try to figure out how to cross with out being impaled by the spikes that would launch out of the ground.

It was weird there was a lever next to them but Cless did not want them to pull it. Bonnie was so tempted to go and pull the Lever. Moment by moment they sat there. Bonnie was In such suspense and so close to reaching over and pulling the lever. It was also really cramped in the hallway. She reached up with her hand and was inches away and as she put her hand on the lever it broke down with the touch like a feather and there was a loud sound. “What did you do?!?” Screamed Flint. The spikes were launching out of the ground and there was a rolling sound also flames were shooting out of the walls in front of them. The spikes launched out in some sort of pattern and before anyone had an idea Cless started walking forward dodging the spikes and flame shooters he had studied. It did no take him long to get to the other side. “Just Learn the Pattern and get over here before the Boulders collapse!” Bonnie looked up and there was a whole bunch of boulders hanging from the ceiling and they were slowly being cut by a blade that was sawing the ropes real slow. Both Render and Will went next followed by Levi and Luna and then flint, at this point one of the ropes snapped and the boulder that was hanging from it fell and landed next to Charity and Bonnie’s feet! The girls were hyperventilating and freaking out. How do we survive!?! The Girls were thinking. “Just go!” screamed the people on the other side.

Charity said “Blast these Spikes and flames and boulders!!!” and she ran to the other side dodging spikes and flames. Another boulder fell. Bonnie was Concerned for her life! She was ready to go and as she looked behind hearing a rolling sound. A huge round rock was rolling toward her! “RUN!” She ran! a spike launched and came inches toward her face. She jumped back and ran forward a flame shot in front of her! She Ducked a dart flew toward her feet and she jumped and rolled her way toward the group and saw that a large thick rectangular rock was being lowered from the ceiling and a large pit in front of her was slowly getting larger and larger! She ran and dived through the small gap and over the pit and the rest of the group pulled her through. The gate fell on the ground with a power strong enough to smash a human like a bug!

Smash went the rolling Stone into something. The group was tired and had a twitching feeling. “Bonnie! Don’t you ever do anything like that Again!” Screamed Cless. Bonnie just said Sorry over and over again. The group forgave her but for now on everyone kept a close Eye on her.

The group then found themselves in a long, long, long, long, long, long Hall way. And on both sides of the walls of the hallway were hundreds of holes big enough for a full grown Labrador to easily walk through. “Walk on.” said Levi. They walked on and were quite which they were for a long time for if they weren’t quite they would not have heard the small clicking sound. They were wondering what it was and as they listened there were more and more clicking sounds! It got really loud the Magic users made their lights stronger and as they looked back Millions of Spiders the size of full grown Labradors were swarming toward them with a menacing speed! “RUN!!” at this point all the little hole were being used as a gate for the Spiders they were swarming out of them as soon as the group passed a hole by. There must have been more then five million of theses monsters running all over the walls and the ceiling clicking and spitting. Flint’s foot caught on something! He fell! He got up and the spiders were a yard from biting his leg off! “Run faster!” Screamed charity. Flint was running the hall went on forever. All of the sudden the Spiders started to explode when they got close to the runners. They were like little suicide bombing Arachnids. The green acid flew all over and burned the runner’s armor. But the moon Beam cloaks did not seem to burn at all. These cloaks surely were more powerful then the runners thought. The Spiders were gaining on them! The group of runners were screaming! Cless was the fastest of them all and reached the end of the hall and was next to a lever and as the group reached Cless he pulled it and the whole ceiling fell on the spiders and the green burning acid soup smeared all over the floor burning the runners shoes. “Ok why do the Levers work for you in a good way and don’t work for me at all?” Asked Bonnie with Spider guts all over her hair. And Cless was silent.

At the end of the hallway was a door and the group rested a bit before opening it . And as they opened the door and walked in they came up to a Statue of an eagle. It glowed a golden light and behind it sat a pedestal. A long scepter stood erect from it. It hade a Bird of pray on it with diamond eyes. Yet. In front of the group was a sleeping snake the size of a Bus and as long as a four car freight train. It looked like an Anaconda and it’s tongue slithered in and out of it’s mouth. It just sat there asleep. Render Mind-spoke to everyone. He said “Everyone be quite we want to get out of here alive and with the scepter of time.” And so, all the Magic users went along leaving Bonnie, Luna, charity, and Flint. They watched the scene with suspense. Each magic user was floating in mid air. They did not want to make any sound as the walked on the floor so the levitated toward and over the Snake. As they crossed over the beast it twitched a bit. The Magic users just stopped and looked. The snake remained asleep. Levi had made it to the scepter. It glowed and glittered. And as he reached over to pull out the Scepter of Time from the hole it stuck out of the snake started making sniffing sounds. Levi slowly inched the Scepter out and as he lifted the long golden staff from it’s holding hole there as a click and the walls started to poor out sand and water! The Snake woke and looked a Levi “Hello.” said Levi teleporting to the group. the others ran back down the hall way the snake was close behind. “Quick make the portal!” screamed Cless. The magic users distributed their power to Levi and he made a Portal it glowed and shimmered. The Sand and water mixed and now a huge wave of mud was heading toward them and engulfing the Snake! They all jumped into the portal and instantaneous they were all out of the cave over where the dragons were guarding the cave entrance. Levi with scepter in hand said “We made it now there is hope for the Free people of Alagasia!” but his cry of victory was in vain for as he raised the scepter in the air the Snake had wriggled it’s way through the sand they were standing on. It stared at Levi and the Dragons started fighting the Snake. Fire was shooting everywhere from both the Dragons and the Magic users. The snake with it’s last move bit Ancalagon on the neck and Ancalagon fell! “NO!” Cried Render. And the Snake fell and Died. It had poisoned Ancalagon and Even Render felt the Pain of his Dragon slowly Dieing.

Levi Came over to Ancalagon with his Dragon and Moss and Luna’s green Minor Dragon Olive and with their combined strength slowed the ever growing poison. “It will take something of great power to fight this poison” Said Levi. “I have slowed it down but unless we get a hold of some Crambind Ancalagon will die. “I know someone who might help” said Charity. “Tia Dalma!” and so Ancalagon had the strength to fly yet not fast. He still had a time limit and the group had to get back to the sea to set sail on the Golden Dawn to the Island of Tia Dalma. “let us go to our Magical yet Freakish friend.” said Bonnie and off they went toward the portal back to the world of Pirates.

Ok so this one was full of Action stuff and so I hadn’t had a lot of Ideas for the cavern so here ya go.

I hope that was long enough. I just thought what I wrote was necessary length wise. If ya want I will do the next Chapter but this is where this one ends by Golly!

I shall hopefully write the Next Duren Chapter soon as well.

The Day and the Life of an Oakley

Ok so things going on in the world here we go.

I guess all my posts have been the stories I’ve been writing. I need a post that says “HEY THIS IS WHAT IS UP WITH ME!!!!”

SO HERE I------ *TURNS OFF Caps lock*

So here it is.

Today which was slow but still with all the people that ya hang out with (referring to family) I am always on my toes. Life with Five…… No wait… *whispering to self* Rob, Me, Levi, Russ, Luna, Rowan six kids is always Hard. Rob usually can take care of himself through the day but it is still not rare for him to ask me for a pen or something. He is so lazy… Get your OWN pen!!!

ANYWHO!! Imagine waking up (not so early but one feels like one has not gotten any sleep) Early to find out “HEY I want Cheerios!!!” says Russ and Luna. AGGHH!! Why don’t you ask Levi He can help you. HE is Doing Dishes! Oh fine I’m coming (fifteen minutes later) HEY where are our Cheerios!! Oh right Cheerios .

So ya get them some Cheerios and then ya get to work on Chores and Homework and things of that nature. Ya get things done but Look out! Here comes Rowan to eat your foot off! AGGH!! He is full of slobber!! Beware! BEWARE! For with his massive Gums he will gnaw your very toes off (if ya let him.) Well ya take care of him and play pass the baby all day while trying to do something productive. Like writing a post with one hand. Have ya done that before? You get a call from Mom “Come do laundry!” Oh the life of the second eldest. As you can see the older guys do allot for the family. Don’t be discouraged though. Children are one day people that you think ruin your life. BUT. When they grow up they will become the most interesting fun, loving people you ever meet. You learn so much from them and they also learn from you. Rowan can give Raspberries now and click with his tongue and he has been able to say DADA for a while now. He is a fast learner. And a fast crawler! One minute he will be in the kitchen the next he is up stairs.
(that is a exaggeration we do not let him climb the stairs often.) and when me and Levi are bored ya go crazy and Sing weird songs and laugh at dumb things.

Anywho. I guess I just posted about the day of the life of the Oakley Family.

Duren and the Desert of Conjecture.

Duren knew that he had to get back on his quest for the Wisdom Tooth. He thanked the family he was staying with and said his goodbyes and went on through the Forest/Farmland and as he walked he noticed that the terrain had changed from forest to Desert and in this desert he saw the long brick rode that he knew he had to follow.

In this desert there were no living plants. It was dry and hot! He felt very uncomfortable and he also had that feeling when someone is watching you. He kept on looking backwards to see if he was being followed. He looked back while walking and as he looked back he had drifted off the rode unawares! He walked into a sinkhole without even knowing it. He felt his feet being pulled into the ground! And as the last lights of the sun were last being seen by Duren he felt his life ending and he shed tears. He felt that his life was in vain. He felt he had no meaning in life at all. Yet as he was sinking a hand pulled him out of the sand and placed him back on the rode. This man was dressed in a full white Tux with a red rose in his left outer jacket pocket. “What are you doing in a desert like this?” asked the bright handsome man. He looked nice and friendly and his voice calmed Duren down. “I am searching for the Wisdom tooth.” said Duren wiping the sand off of him. The man helped him and said “Oh the wisdom tooth. You might want to avoid him.” said the man in the white suit. “But he is the only person that can help me save this world.” said Duren. “Yes but did anyone tell you that he would tell you to find me the only man in the world of Here able to help you?” “No” said Duren. “Then come with me I shall help you fix this world” said the man in white. “Ok. What is your name?” “My name is Innocuous” said Innocuous. And Duren was glad he met a friend. This person was so nice and he looked powerful enough to help him so Duren asked him to help and asked his advice for they came to a fork in the rode. There was two paths and in between there was a fork sticking out. On top of the fork was a sign. The sign that pointed left said Water. And the sign that was pointing right said Wisdom Tooth.

“Which way shall we go?” asked Duren and Innocuous said “Left to water you are thirsty aren’t you?” asked Innocuous. “Yes and Hungry.” and left they went. It took forever and the path they took was winding and crooked and there were rocks sticking through the bricks. As they got closer to the water well they talked “And what do you have to do?” asked Innocuous. “I have to save Here.” said Duren. “And why?” “Because it is the right thing to do.” “What did anyone in Here do for you?” asked Innocuous. “Nothing.” “Then why are you saving this world?” Duren was puzzled he knew that he wanted to get back to his world, but in order to do that he had to save Here. “I want to go home.” “Why go home when you have all the freedom in Here? Listen. If you really wanted to live a good life you would stay here in Here. Life is easy.” with that Duren asked himself: Why am I Trying to save this world? If I went back to my world which would happen if I did save this place I would have to live my ordinary life with no friends. It would be miserable. And Duren was Miserable. He still questioned his meaning in life.

They finally got to the well. Duren looked down and saw the wonderful water. He scooped it up with a bucket and as he drank the clear clean water it was not soothing but sour. He spat out the salty sour water and said “This water is awful.” Innocuous just looked at him and said “ It use to be good. Strange.” Duren then spotted a sleeping man. He looked very rich. He was dressed in fine clothes and sat next to a camel that had gold in it’s bags that were showing through the material. “Look Duren there is a Great city near here, it is my city. if you come with me you may live there ,but the people of my city require money. do you have any?” Duren shook his head. “Well, see that rich man? He looks wealthy go take a few coins from his bags. Then you may live in my city and there I rule as king. You will also be a servant of mine. You will live like a Prince with great clothes and wealth!” Duren knew it was wrong to steel. He stared at the sleeping rich man. “It is easy to live here Duren all you have to do is listen to what I have to say and do it. No difficulties at all. If you take the money you will eat and drink like a king. Go on. Do it. He won‘t mind. He as plenty of money anyway.”

Duren walked over to the man. Innocuous gave him a smile and said “It is easy.” Duren put his hand on the lid and as he lifted the lid to see the gold a whisper met his ear. “You have a chance to leave. I always give a way of escape. Just say no!” Duren has not heard the voice in his mind before. He was about to reach for the gold and take a handful. “Just take it.” said Innocuous. And Duren looked at him and Innocuous gave wink. “Just take it and you will live like a King.” “SAY NO!” and Duren screamed “NO!” with that Innocuous disappeared in a whiff of black smoke yet the rose remained and it changed from Red to Black. Ever since Duren met Innocuous he felt that he was under some kind of Cold shadow, but now that he was in the presence of the rich man he felt that he had just walked into the sunlight of a new day. “You did well.” said the Rich man. “You would of stolen my Coins and fell into temptation by the Sovereign of Evil Obscurity.” said the Rich man. “If you are thirsty go and Drink from the clean water. The Sovereign of Evil Obscurity could not give you the real waters of light only I can.” said the Rich man “And there is such a place of his city but that place is no kingdom but a penal complex, a chasm of tortured souls!” Duren Shuddered for as the rich man said those words. He thought that if he took The Sovereign of Evil Obscurity’s words and went with him he too would be in his city or dungeon.

Duren drank the sweet water and as he looked at the old Rich man he said “Do I have to go to the Wisdom tooth or follow this rode?” “You must turn back for The Sovereign of Evil Obscurity has turned you in the wrong direction. But I have heard of this trouble and came to help you now go. Take with you this water carrier and this basket of food. Only I alone can provide for you.” and as he put the basket and the large bottle to Duren’s feet The Rich man Disappeared. “Look me up in your world I shall be watching you Duren.” said the Rich man in Duren’s mind. And not a trace of the man was there. Duren looked at the black rose to see that it had turned to ash.

Duren walked the right way for it was the right way. Literally. And as he walked he noticed the fork in the rode and saw the sign pointing to the right that said “Wisdom Tooth.” so Duren walked that way. Duren felt that shadow come back, but he had a reassurance that he would make it to the Wisdom Tooth in safety. Duren still was sad about what he had learned what he really was. And he also asked “How am I to fix what I am?” Suddenly a bunch of flaming balls flew over Duren’s head. Duren looked over to see where it came from. It came from a large catapult. Next to it was a flame and a pot that gave a good aroma. The Aroma made Duren Hungrier. He walked over to the army and next to the catapult there was standing a tall man in a Blue uniform with five stars on his left and right shoulders and had medals from head to knee. Duren knew that this was the leader. “What is that smell?” asked Duren. “It is the smell of our ammunition.” said the General. “What is your Ammunition?” asked Duren “It is Meatballs silly boy! Stop asking questions we‘re in the middle of a war!” said the General Ducking under a volley of Flaming Meatballs. “Who is your enemy?” asked Duren. “The league of the Obtuse. Stop asking questions!” Replied the annoyed General.

Sure enough there was another army not a mile away. They looked small from where Duren was standing but The league of the Obtuse were very tall. Each one being a dim witted person The league of the Obtuse was not smart at all. They would have wars for no particular reason because they felt that there soup was too cold. Duren thought they looked like fierce enemies and that they were. The league of the Obtuse had Catapults and they too were throwing Flaming Meatballs. Duren did not dare ask another question. “Ha!” Started the General. “When this is all over everyone will be dead. I can imagine it now. All year long it will be raining Flaming Meatballs and People would be screaming and crying and the world would shake and there would be fire everywhere and dark shadows would devour the people that had acid all over them and fish would crawl out of the ocean being forced to eat the land people and the democrats would jump off diving boards into giant pencil sharpeners and the kittens would dominate the world and the dogs would be their slaves and the free people of middle earth would be running in circles screaming “Oh butterfly help us!” and green things would crawl in bed with you and bite you and tell you knock knock jokes while your trying to sleep and the moon would shatter and fall into the atmosphere and there will be earthquakes and the volume would be really high and volcanoes would tip over belching out lava and cosmic flames of twisted death and there will be an awful plague that would make people’s faces melt right off of their skulls and things would change color to blue and the snakes will dig through the world because there would be cows falling from the sky and Dr Seuss would be giving a seminar and all the donkeys would wear Pink shirts with polka dots and everybody dies!” Then the General took a deep breath and said. “But everything will come back to normal and everyone will live happily ever after The End. Then the whole army Clapped for their leader.

Duren seeing this altogether to bad to be true he walked on dodging the Flaming meatballs. And as he walked away he saw a huge mountain that looked like it had a giant skeleton on it. At this point Duren was thinking how sad he felt for people. He had not thought that he would ever care for someone else. The only person he thought of in his world was himself. It took him a while to finally reach the mountain. The Skeleton was huge. The size of the Texas state Capitol. The Texas Capitol is an extraordinary example of late 19th century public architecture and is widely recognized as one of the nation of America’s most distinguished state capitols. It was placed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1970 and designated a National Historic Landmark in 1986 for its "significant contribution to American history."
Sited on one of Austin's highest points, the Capitol anchors the northern periphery of the downtown commercial district and commands a sweeping view towards the Colorado River from its southern façade. The main campus of The University of Texas at Austin is situated four blocks to the north. Wonderful views of the Capitol's dome from many vantage points throughout the Austin area are protected from obscuration by state law.
Completed in 1888 as the winning design from a national competition, the Capitol's style is Renaissance Revival, based on the architecture of 15th-century Italy and characterized by classical orders, round arches and symmetrical composition. The structural exterior is "sunset red" granite, quarried just 50 miles from the site. Additional structural support is provided by masonry walls and cast iron columns and beams. The foundation is limestone. Texas paid for the construction not in dollars, but in land: some three million acres in the Texas Panhandle that would later become the famous XIT Ranch.
An extraordinary edifice by any measure, the 1888 Texas Capitol is the largest in gross square footage of all state capitols and is second in total size only to the National Capitol in Washington, D.C. Like several other state capitols, the 1888 Texas Capitol surpasses the National Capitol in height, rising almost 15 feet above its Washington counterpart.
In 1993, the $75 million underground Capitol Extension was completed to the north, doubling the square footage available to Capitol occupants and providing much improved functionality. In 1995, a comprehensive interior and exterior restoration of the original building was completed at a cost of approximately $98 million. Finally, in 1997, the park-like grounds surrounding the Capitol were given a much needed $8 million renovation and restoration. Oh. How do I do that? Back to the story. Well at least you got some Good ol’ Texas history.

Duren climbed this mountain for hours. Of course carrying his water bottle and his basket of food and his own weight an a twelve pound bowling ball and two thirty pound dumbbells and a gorilla name Jenifer and a ugly goat with a pink bowtie and a luck charm with a toothpick attached to his forehead. (Ok so he wasn’t carrying all that stuff Just the water bottle and his basket of food and his own weight But I decided to add some drama. He grabbed a rock and it slipped away! But Duren caught himself. And as the hours went by he grew more and more tired and sad. Depressed. Alone. Like he had been swallowed by darkness. After a time unknown to me or Duren he finally got to the top and said. “Oh great and powerful Wisdom Tooth. I have come from many afar and beseech you to tell me how I can save this world from Insanity!” and the Wisdom Tooth who was an actual Tooth hanging out of the giant skeleton’s mouth. He had a mustache and a long nose and black beady little eyes. And he said “Why did you not use the elevator?” He asked pointing to an elevator on the side Duren did not explore. “El-e-va-tor?” said Duren with disbelief. “AGGHBLEWGARTInallFRENDALIS!!!” Duren Screamed making weird facial expressions and pointing in all directions twitching. It looked like his face had malfunctioned. It twisted and wrenched. “WHAT!?!?! ELEVETOR!!!! AgggGHHH!!!!” the Wisdom Tooth just stared with a dumb face and as twenty minutes passed by he had enough. “I have had Enough! SIT!” Screamed the Wisdom Tooth. And Duren just fell over. “In order to save the world of Here you must find and step on the End circle of the board game but you must first kill the Bog monster of Eternal Repugnance who guards the gate. And the only way to do that is to use this sword.” said the Wisdom Tooth handing over the Sword. “Take it with you and use it for Good and not Evil.” with that a little man walked over to Duren and strapped a parachute on Duren’s back. “Have Fun.” said the little man and pushed Duren off the cliff. Duren Screamed and pulled the string the parachute launched out and he floated down safely to the brick rode. He now needed to Kill a monster. And that is what scared him the most.


Okie Dokie. that was pretty good. I shall write the next Pirate Ch as soon as Bonnie finishes the next Ch.

Duren and The Harvest Moon Ball.

Ok so Duren has to get to the Wisdom Tooth(who ever that is) and consult with him(Or her.) about how to save the world of HERE. And we see him now.

Duren was walking. (Of coarse he was walking he couldn’t run he was to fat, he couldn’t fly it is impossible he has no aerodynamics about him in any way shape or form and he wouldn’t crawl that would just be plain disturbing. But he might be able to fly if he were thrown by a Catapult. But that wouldn’t be flying he would have been thrown from one place to another that is not flying. Well I guess one would be flying if he were cutting through the air, But he would meet a nasty end all together. But what if he were caught by a net. Who would know he was coming? I don’t know send a telephone call. What if they don’t have telephones? But I think that he would be really flying if he flew like a bird or an airplane. Not being thrown by a Catapult. But what if he were carried by a large bird. There could be one after all there are plenty more surprises to reveal. Well if a bird would Carrie him he wouldn‘t be flying he would have been carried by the bird and the bird would be flying. I don‘t know if it is altogether possible for a bird to Carrie Duren, he is so fat. Yes I think you have a point. It would be very difficult to accomplish such a feet of enormous weight. You would have to be strong and weigh Duren to perfect proportions. But what kind of bird would be strong enough to Carrie such a weight of such magnificent magnitude. My dear Second personality I think the reader wants to get back to the story. Oh sorry Render. Anyway back to Duren Walking. He was walking at night and the moon was HUGE! It was Gynormous! The moonlight was so powerful things outside in the cool was as clear as day yet the color of the light was blue and it Illuminated his surroundings a little weaker then the sun would. He was in a large farmland/ Forest. It looked like the crops were almost ready to harvest. There were pumpkins and corn and wheat. All that Jazz. He was walking along coming to a pond with stepping rocks in them. He stepped over the rocks to the other side and as he crossed over he thought he heard music. But it was not decipherable to tell if it was Music or the wind.

The music/ wind sound grew more powerful as he walked further. He came up to a wood fence and behind the fence there was a large pumpkin patch that went for acres. There where pumpkins everywhere of every shape and size. He jumped over the fence and walked through towards a hill and over the hill was the Huge moon. He saw dark figures by a large bonfire in the forest so he decided to find out more. He got closer and it looked as if a party had commenced but there was only four people there by the fire. They were roasting a huge wild animal big enough to feed an army. They were talking and laughing telling jokes and stories all together very happy people. So Duren decided to come into the fire light and reveal himself.

“Hello merry folk I am curious to what is the occasion for this feast.” said Duren and feast it was. There was a huge table with food of every kind. Corn Pumpkin pies. Brisket, Chicken, pork, and vegetables and fruits like apples and huge watermelons, mashed potatoes and baked potatoes, sweet things and sour things, cups and plates, spoons and forks and knives. There was also a large table with Drinks. There was Root beer and wine, Lemonade, Apple cider, Grape juice, steaming hot tea and ice cold tea, coffee and Raspberry Soda. They also had a large table with Deserts of every kind you name it and it was there. “it is the celebration of the Harvest moon. You didn’t know that?” said the oldest man with a deep voice. “no I didn’t I’m not from around here. “Well this year has been very successful. Today is the day of the Harvest Moon Ball! And your welcome to stay and feast with us.” “Where is everyone else?” Duren Asked “why Dancing on the hill right under the moon.” said an old woman who looked like she was the head cook. She pointed to the dancing dark figures on the hill and there was many of them. “your missing the most fun part. Jacob please escort Our guest to the hill please.” A short boy about seven years of age came around from the other side of the fire. He had a long mettle fork in his right hand and on the other end of it there was a Hot dog. He rested the long fork on his shoulder like a fishing rod and walked or should I say Limped over to Duren. He had a shorter left leg and was walking with a limp. He came over and shook Duren’s hand and introduced himself as Jacob Tenor. “lets go.” Jacob said gesturing toward the hill, and they walked along. “you from around here?” said Jacob. “No in fact I haven’t been anywhere like before.” Duren admired how the land was. It was full of hills but the one they were going to was the tallest\ and they still had a long way to go. “That’s neat.” said Jacob. Even though they were going up hill Jacob and Jacob was having a hard time getting up the hill he was still smiling with not a hint of exhaustion on his face. Duren was concerned for the little boy. He had never seen a boy like this before. “I’m so happy today Duren. so Happy.” Jacob said with a smile. Duren was so depressed. Even though Jacobs words were uplifting Duren was jealous of how happy Jacob was even though forever Jacob would have a hard time in his life walking he was so Happy anyway. Duren never felt this happy. Not even when he bet someone in chess. He felt that he finally knew what was missing in his life after seeing this boy. Happiness.

When the boys got up the hill there were many people there dancing on the top. The moon looked close enough to jump and grab it. The music Duren heard before was being played by a small band. Everyone was happy and having tons of fun. Jacob said He had to go back and help his mom. Duren asked if he would be alright by himself. Jacob just said “I can make it on my own.” Jacob was such a Determined boy. He was so happy and his ambition was strong. He was always determined to get things done by himself with no help. Duren waved him goodbye and Jacob waved back. Duren walked over to the band that was playing the music he heard before. They were done with the particular song and everyone applauded. The band bowed in Unison and took a brake and everyone took a seat and talked. There were lanterns on a huge tree that was on the side of the hill Duren did not see before, And there by the tree was picnic tables and chairs and that is where everyone went to drink Pineapple Punch. Duren walked over to the band and said “I knew it was music I heard.” and then the Trumpeter said. “what did you think it was? “oh I thought it was the Wind I heard.” “The Wind?” said the Saxophonist. “what does He know about Music?” and then the harmonica player said “everybody blames the wind.” and the Band walked toward the Huge tree. Duren followed them over to the tree and the tree was bigger then what Duren saw. And there were many people resting from the earlier dance. He sat down next to the boys who were playing Tic-Tack-Toe on pieces of paper. Duren thought that that game was the one he hated most. You couldn’t cheat and the other thing is no one ever wins it’s always a draw. They stopped because they got bored of the game and decided to talk about what they are going to eat down by the Bonfire. They practically listed everything but Duren thought that they would never eat that much food. Not even he could do that. And as the time went by a woman who was one of the moms for two of the boys he was talking to came to Duren and said “ Are you going to dance?” “I don’t know how nether do I want to. I’d rather sit down and watch everyone else and enjoy the music. “Oh but this is a ball your supposed to dance.” “yes but I do not want to Embarrass myself.” replied Duren. “Oh but that is another part of Dancing!” said the Woman walking toward the dancing area. The Band started a new tune and started to sing the song that Duren wrote. To Duren’s surprise they had added to it and the Lead singer was a dwarf who said. “A young boy named Duren inspired me to write this song maestro if you please.” and the dwarf sang in the tune of Twinkle Twinkle little star:

Fish and water falls find a place,

Were the person hits you in a face,

With a Boot and a cat,

If you say where you are at,

In a tree with a dear of dirt,

And the apple sauce turns into a shirt,



Frogs go wild when they see,

All the simple people flee,

Friends go special time,

Invite a monkey eat a lime,

Free to sing and quick to shout,

Dogs say ello and Cheaters pout…..

Everyone applauded and after he was done they played a different song and everyone even the boys picked a partner and danced. Duren sat down watching the people dance and laugh when they messed up. Duren Admired how when they messed up they just kept on going like it never happened. The Dwarf came over to Duren and shook his hand and said. “now your song will be famous among the people of this world.” “thank you for making it famous.” said Duren. The Dwarf bowed and said “you have learned much Duren, good luck with the rest of your journey ahead. But for now Enjoy yourself.” and the dwarf walked down the hill toward the Bonfire. Duren sat back and drunk the Pineapple Punch watching the people dance. DINNER!!! Screamed the head Cook banging a stick on a bell. And everyone stopped and walked toward the Bonfire which had grown bigger and stronger then ever before. When they got back there was also Chairs and long tables set out for them. They served themselves and roasted marshmallows and sang songs and played music and talked and laughed. This was the most happiness Duren had ever saw. This kind of thing didn’t happen much in his world nether was he invited being the character he was. He ate to is delight and after he was done with desert he pushed his chair back leaned back and gave a sigh of contentment. The rest of the night (which was long) consisted of music and laughing dancing around the Bonfire and talking. After everyone settled in the story teller came and told a scary story that was filled with suspense and terror. And after that story he told them of a happy story where everyone was successful in everything and the sense factory was fixed. It didn’t take long for Duren to feel sleepy and as the Fire dimmed down. They all sang a song of goodnight and everyone went to their houses. The party went from around 3:00 Pm. To 3:00 Am. Duren was invited to Jacob’s house to sleep and he walked sleepily along and he did not remember the journey there. He was to busy thinking of the wonderful time he had at the party that he wished would last forever. The last thing he remembered was being tucked into a nice soft bed and falling asleep. And as he dreamed he saw a giant skeleton and in the mouth of the skeleton was a giant tooth and he knew who this tooth was.
